About Us
All-1-FAMily, Inc. provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health services for LGBTQ+ individuals, fostering a sense of family, home, and belonging. Our services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as life skills development and coordination of mental health and community support resources.
Our mission is twofold: (1) to offer affordable, accessible counseling for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, and (2) to bridge the gap between those seeking mental health support and affirming, compassionate professionals.
Founded by Director Abeke Baker, LMFT, alongside other dedicated mental health professionals, All-1-FAMily was created in response to the lack of affirming care available to LGBTQ+ individuals. Through experience in inpatient and community-based settings, we recognized the need for safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental mental health support. At All-1-FAMily, everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued.

All-1-FAMily is a non-profit organization with the objective to provide a sense of family and belonging through the support of outpatient mental health services to help provide stability for individuals who may identify as lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, gender non-conforming and queer youth and young adults.
